How do I track my order and get my tracking number?

Tracking Information

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed and shipped based on our current turnaround times.

  • Custom-Made Jewelry: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipping.

  • Ready-to-Ship & Engraved Jewelry: These items are processed within 1 business day.

After your order has been shipped, please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update your tracking information.

If you haven’t received your tracking number, please:

  1. Verify the processing time for your order (custom or ready-to-ship).

  2. Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for the tracking email.

  3. If you still haven’t received it or have any concerns, contact our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.

How to Send Images or Files for Personalization

We’ve made it simple and convenient to send us your images or files for creating your personalized jewelry. You can choose from the following options:

1. Upload Directly on the Product Page

When placing your order, use the “Upload Image” option available on the product page. This lets you easily attach your file during checkout.

Accepted File Types: JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

2. Email Your Image or File

Prefer to send your file after placing the order? No problem! Simply email it to support@emblazonjewelry.com and make sure to include your Order Number in the email so we can match your file with your purchase.

Tips for Best Results

  • Always use high-resolution images for a clean and precise engraving.

  • Avoid blurry or pixelated images, as they may not engrave well.

  • Consider the size of the jewelry when selecting your image or text to ensure the best possible outcome.

How can I return an item?

We do not accept returns on personalized or engraved items. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, we will issue a refund. Since delivery details are tracked, any damage claims must be reported within 1 day of delivery.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, items marked as Out of Stock may be restocked. We update our inventory regularly, so please check back soon or sign up for restock notifications.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We offer two types of products, and processing times vary depending on the item you choose:

Ready-to-Ship Products: Already made and prepared to go out quickly. These are dispatched the next business day after purchase.

Made-to-Order Products: Created especially for you. Please allow about 7-10 business days for crafting before your order is shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
