Customized Items
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or the product does not match your specifications.

  • Defects or Shipping Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos or videos.
  • Specification Issues: Notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll resolve it with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Regular Items: 
We accept returns for regular items in new condition within 14 days of delivery.

  3. Refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the package.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all labels.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Free gifts and marked non-returnable items cannot be returned.
  • Ensure returns are sent to the correct address provided by our team.
